Do not waste time trying to harvest Creature Enamel by killing creatures. Despite the name, the usable material comes from deposits around the Needler area. Search for ivory tusks, teeth, spikes, or needle-like growths sticking out of dark rock, then break the deposit with the Sonic Resonator.

A Tadpole Depth Module is helpful if you want to stay deeper and collect more, but ChemicalApes describes it as useful rather than strictly required for the first Creature Enamel run. A Repair Tool and flares are also useful because Needlers can damage the Tadpole quickly.

Main Creature Enamel Subnautica 2 Route

Start at the Research Outpost, also called the Alien Ruins in the videos. If you are still at the Life Pod, travel due east first; Chupacabra Tutorials places the Alien Ruins around 1,250 to 1,300 meters east of the Life Pod. Once you are at the ruins, use that area as the anchor for the Creature Enamel Subnautica 2 location.

From the Research Outpost or Alien Ruins, face roughly 150 to 165 degrees southeast and descend toward the deeper rock formation. How to Identify Creature Enamel Subnautica 2 Deposits

Creature Enamel Subnautica 2 deposits are visually different from normal loose resources. Look for dark rock or mineral mounds with large white or ivory tusks, teeth, spikes, or needles sticking out of them. The videos describe them as white crystals, large white tusks, enameled teeth, and tooth-like deposits around the Needler Nest.

Once you find one deposit, search the surrounding surfaces before leaving. The same rock formation can have Creature Enamel below you, to the left, to the right, in front of you, and across nearby spires or walls. The best farm pattern is to circle the outskirts of the Needler Nest and check every white tooth cluster.

Use flares to distract Needlers, dodge left or right when salvos come in, and keep the Repair Tool ready for the Tadpole. Mine quickly from the outskirts, then reposition instead of staying still in the middle of the Needler Nest. The route has plenty of deposits, so there is no reason to risk the vehicle for one awkward piece.
